Nominations for English Australia Awards now open!

Nominations are now open for the 2026 English Australia Awards!

The time is fast approaching to shine a spotlight on the outstanding people and initiatives driving excellence across the ELICOS sector, and we need your help to make it happen.

Across our industry, impact is created at every level. From teachers, student services staff, administrators, and academic managers to bold institutional initiatives that enhance quality and student experience. These contributions matter, and they deserve recognition.

If someone at your organisation is making a meaningful difference, or if your institution has delivered an initiative that stands out for its innovation or impact, now is the time to put them forward for an English Australia Award. Submit a nomination and help us celebrate the people and programs making a difference across our sector.

NOMINATIONS CLOSE AT 11.59PM ON WEDNESDAY 20 MAY.

Award recipients will be honoured at a special presentation during the 2026 English Australia Conference Gala Awards Dinner, taking place on 17 September in Melbourne. This is a night celebrating dedication, innovation, and impact across the ELICOS sector.

Take a moment to nominate a colleague or champion an initiative and celebrate the people and work that make our sector exceptional.
